CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Jungle Safari's priority is to provide safe and memorable experiences for all our clients. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require plan changes. This policy clarifies how we handle cancellations and refunds in different situations so you can enjoy your activities with peace of mind and confidence. CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT:
- Cancellation more than 48 hours in advance: 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
- Cancellation between 48 and 24 hours in advance: 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before the activity or no-show: No refund will be made.
CANCELLATION DUE TO ILLNESS OF THE CLIENT:
- If a client has any symptoms of illness before the start of the activity, they are requested to cancel their reservation as soon as possible.
- Medical proof will be required indicating inability to participate in the activity due to illness.
- If you show valid medical proof, we will refund 100% of the amount paid.
CANCELLATION DUE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS OR UNEXPECTED CIRCUMSTANCES:
- If the Port Captain's Office determines that the weather conditions are unsuitable for the activity, we will refund the cancellation.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND PROCESS:
- All cancellations must be in writing through our email: info@junglesafari.com
- All cancellations due to illness must be made via e-mail, attaching the corresponding medical certificate.
- Refunds will be made using the same method of payment used for the reservation. Sometimes, it may take up to 45 days to see the refund in your account due to banking and country regulations.
MODIFICATIONS AND DATE CHANGES:
- Modifications and date changes are subject to availability and must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
CANCELLATION BY JUNGLE SAFARI:
- In case of cancellation by Jungle Safari due to operational reasons or force majeure, it will be possible to reschedule the activity for another day or time, subject to availability, or a full refund will be made.
This policy is subject to change and updates. Any modifications will be communicated on time to affected clients.
